International Market Place

Forget the old International Market Place, the beloved 1950s assemblage of tourist stores. This glossy block-filling replacement is a three-level extravaganza of chain stores. It does preserve the main feature of the old market worth saving: the huge 100-year-old banyan tree. There's a public performance space and some excellent public art. Look for the rocking chairs scattered about.
