Everybody loves this reconstructed Japanese noodle shop, which is so popular there is often a line stretching down the sidewalk. Watch those thick udon noodles get rolled, cut and boiled fresh right in front of you, then stack mini plates of giant tempura and musubi (rice balls) stuffed with salmon or a sour plum on your cafeteria tray.
Wash it all down with iced barley or green tea; there's no booze.
