Surfboards on the wall and an awesome ocean view set the mood at this cheery open-air restaurant, bar and nightclub. LuLu’s filling breakfasts, complete with ‘dawn patrol’ omelets, eggs Benedict, stuffed French toast, loco moco (dish of rice, fried egg and hamburger patty topped with gravy or other condiments) and fruit bowls, are always a hit. Sunset happy hour runs 3pm to 5pm.
