The entrance to the aging office building housing Buho may have you thinking insurance office, but ride the elevator to the 5th floor and head out to the rooftop to see all of Waikiki open up around you. Enjoy cocktails under the starlight. There's a Mexican menu, but it's best used as a chaser for margaritas.
