In a pinch, head to this low-rent waterfront hotel. The good: it's right downtown, the service is super friendly, and there's a complimentary continental breakfast (which to be honest isn't great, but you get what you pay for). The bad: street noise and frumpy interiors that are in want of a renovation. Some bathrooms are pretty dirty; check your room first.
