Find this roadside trailer near Hanalei’s eastern end for a taste of poi – the traditional Hawaiian staple, prepared on the family’s nearby taro farm – or other typical luau foods like kalua pig. Almost everything comes taro flavored, from tropical smoothies to hummus, burgers or rice cakes. They also serve wraps, sandwiches and sizeable plate lunches.
