Hanalei’s outpost of this small BBQ chain occupies center stage – literally, its tables are on a little bandstand – in Ching Young Village. Cooking up chicken in a custom-made 50-gallon barrel drum smoker, it also serves burgers, ribs, pulled pork and hoagie sandwiches with chili-cheese fries.
