This no-reservations offshoot of neighboring Bar Acuda enjoys Hanalei’s finest outdoor setting, facing mountains cascading with waterfalls. Treating Japanese-style ramen noodles as fine dining and topping them with seared ahi (tuna), chicken or pork, it makes its succulent broth using pork belly, but also offers a vegetarian version. Sides include spicy, deep-fried Brussels sprouts, while dessert is homemade donuts.
