It may seem like just another trendy spot with mod-industrial decor and a seasonal menu, but Chartreuse does it all really well. Dishes like the twice-cooked egg (with greens, Brussels sprouts, salty cheese and shallot vinaigrette) and roasted carrots (with prosciutto and lemon yogurt) are crazy-simple flavor explosions. The bright green interior and walls of living flowers waft a happy hippie vibe.
