BrewDog – the Scottish beer maker known for its audacious, come-what-may attitude – has a huge brewing facility in Canal Winchester, about 15 miles southeast of downtown Columbus. And that facility now includes a 32-room hotel. That’s right: a hotel inside the brewery, where the modern-industrial rooms each have a tap, plus a beer fridge in the shower.
Each room also provides a view into the brewery. Breakfast and a welcome beer are included in the rates. The onsite taproom, beer museum and outdoor drinking area with fire pits add to the non-stop suds pleasure.
