A wonderfully retro makeover of the 1960s Greyhound Bus Terminal gives us one of Savannah's culinary darlings, where chef Mashama Bailey's 'Port City Southern' cuisine is a delightful, immigrant-infused take on local grub. Bearded hipsters work the best seats in the house, around the U-shaped centerpiece bar, where scrumptious lamb shoulder and a gargantuan pork shank are standouts. Reservations essential.
