Chef Sean Wight's attention to local bounty completely transformed Augusta's dining scene at this classy tavern. The regionally focused dishes include golden tilefish with roasted baby turnips and greens, or wild-caught shrimp and grits with housemade andouille sausage. Organic and biodynamic juice are favored on the lengthy wine list and there are barrel-aged whiskey cocktails.
