This airy, stylish eatery has wowed diners with its plant-based menu loaded with superfoods. Filling 'life bowls,' arepas (corn cakes) and noritos (like a burrito but wrapped with seaweed rather than a tortilla) are packed with flavorful ingredients such as red quinoa, baked tofu, roasted veggies, coconut brown rice and raw falafel.
