The Café

Key West

The oldest vegetarian spot in Key West is a sunny luncheonette by day that morphs into a buzzing, low-lit eating and drinking spot by night. The cooking is outstanding, with an eclectic range of dishes: Thai curry stir-fries, Italian veggie meatball subs, pizza with shaved Brussels sprouts, and a famous veggie burger.

There are a few fish dishes (fish tacos, blackened mahimahi with grilled asparagus) for the pescatarian crowd.
