Chef Michael Chiarello opened this Italian market, cafe and mozzeria in Yountville's V Marketplace across from his popular farm-to-table establishment Bottega in early 2017, and it quietly became a prime spot for industry folks and in-the-know tourists. Most delicious are the brick-oven pizzas and crescentines (panini-like sandwiches), along with samples of preserves (from Chiarello's family recipes) in the shop.
