Details at celeb-chef Thomas Keller’s French brasserie are so impeccable – zinc bar to white-aproned waiters – you’d swear you were in Paris. Only the Bermuda-shorts-clad Americans look out of place. On the menu: oysters, onion soup, roasted chicken, leg of lamb, trout with almonds, runny cheeses and perfect profiteroles.
