A winning formula by Thomas Keller, Yountville’s culinary patriarch, Ad Hoc serves the master’s favorite American home cooking in four family-style courses with no variations (dietary restrictions notwithstanding). The menu changes daily but regularly features pot roast, BBQ and fried chicken, which is also available (for takeout only) on weekends behind Ad Hoc at Keller’s latest venture, Addendum.
