This craft brewery in the middle of nowhere is not a mirage but the pint-sized operation of artist and brewer Jon Zellhoefer in a restored railroad tie house. He usually has nine to 12 small-batch cold ones on tap, from IPAs to Belgian ales, stouts to wheat beers, all made with water from the local mineral springs.
