Libertine Brewing Company

Barrel-aged and sour beers are the standout brews at this recent opening on the edge of downtown SLO. Saisions, kettle sours, goses and grisettes all appeal to the traveling beer geek, but the ambience is still welcoming and inclusive. When we visited, the finishing touches were being added to a spacious dining hall and live-music venue.
