Pannikin Coffee & Tea

In a sunny yellow, wooden building that used to be the Encinitas train station (transported from its original site), Pannikin is an adorable sprawl of nooks, crannies, balconies and lawns. The coffees, homemade muffins and pies are wonderful. They also serve a range of egg dishes, bagels and granola for breakfast and salads, melts and soups for lunch.
