Lego designers were let loose on this hotel, just outside Legoland's main gate, and boy is it fun. Thousands of Lego models (dragons to surfers) populate the property, and the elevator turns into a disco between floors. Each floor has its own theme (pirate, adventure, kingdom), down to the rooms' wallpaper, props (Lego cannonballs – cool!), even the shower curtains.
It's tailor-made for little ones, from kid-size bunk beds and junior level peepholes in the doors, to bedtime stories in the lobby and bin after bin of the bricks to play with. Meanwhile, there's a nice bar for moms and dads. The breakfast buffet includes healthy options. Rates cover parking.
