Sushi in the desert may not make intuitive sense, but this modern, Scandinavian-designed sushi and whisky bar defies expectations. Starter cocktails might contain one of the 60 whiskies in stock while the menu offers creative share plates (spicy-tuna-stuffed squash blossoms, anyone?) and generously portioned specialty sushi rolls. For purists: an OG sushi menu and Japanese pub dishes like edamame and gyoza.
