The new art-filled restaurant by the Caliente Tropics Hotel offers generous servings of modern Mediterranean cooking: bold varieties of hummus, North African salmon and shakshuka (tomato compote with eggs), Greek-inspired halloumi cheese, not to mention pitas and plates of shawarma, kebabs and falafel. Lots of windows and a pleasant mix of industrial-style tables and Middle-Eastern textiles lend a cheery tone.
