El Mirasol

There are showier Mexican places around town, but eventually everyone ends up back at El Mirasol, with its earthy decor, generous margaritas and snappy dishes. The chicken in mole or in pre-Columbian-style pipián sauce (made from ground pumpkin seeds and chili) are menu stars.
