The tour of this very cool distillery is well worth the trip, taking you through the factory to learn about the distillation process, check out the alembic copper pot stills and the state-of-the-art iStill (like an iPod but for spirits), before heading upstairs for a tasting. If you can't make it here, try for a tasting at its Oxbow Public Market location.
At the distillery's hip steampunk-meets-Breakfast-at-Tiffany's upstairs tasting room you'll go through a treasure trove of local victuals, with good curation, tasting notes and instruction on the best way to sip liquor.
