Dow Hotel & Dow Villa Motel

Lone Pine

John Wayne and Errol Flynn are among the stars who have stayed at this venerable hotel. Built in 1923, the place has been restored but retains much of its rustic charm. The rooms in the newer motel section have air-con, but are also more generic. The cheaper rooms have shared bathrooms. Wi-fi in the historic wing is only guaranteed in the lobby.
