Stovepipe Wells Village Hotel

Death Valley National Park

The 83 rooms at this private resort have beds draped in quality linens and accented with cheerful Native American–patterned blankets. The small pool is cool and the on-site cowboy-style restaurant serves breakfast and dinner daily, with lunch available in the next-door saloon. Wi-fi is spotty but the new business center has two public computers and a printer.

The hotel also operates 14 full-hookup RV sites next to the general store across the street (reservations accepted).
