This vast glass-fronted waterfront complex offers three different restaurant concepts on three floors. Our favorite is the 1st floor – a casual restaurant and fish market that is a throwback to Legal's original outlet from 1904. The updated menu includes a raw bar, small plates, seafood grills and plenty of international influences. There is outdoor seating in the summer months.
Go upstairs and go upscale, where the 2nd-floor restaurant offers sweeping views and fine dining. The 3rd floor is a slick all-season rooftop bar and lounge, with a blazing fireplace in winter and a retractable roof for summer.
