Los Dos Molinos

Near the foot of South Mountain in a Spanish Mission–style house is this far-flung outpost of New Mexican cuisine. The menu sticks to the basics – tacos, enchiladas, fajitas – with plenty of green and red chiles. There is also a location in uptown Phoenix.
