A former smokehouse on the Salmon River (hence the colorful fish mural outside) has been converted into three bright, airy and comfortable vacation rentals featuring one or two bedrooms, full kitchens and everything you could need for a few days in Gustavus. The upper-level deck, with its hammock, wicker furniture and bed outside, is classic Alaska.
