Eastern Treats

This spot is fun. Its young workers blast Eastern European and Middle Eastern music out of their sound systems while they prep some pretty fine falafel, shish kebabs, and döner kebabs. This is an unexpected, well, treat in the heart of downtown Fairbanks, and a tasty one to boot. Located in the Co-op Plaza Building.
