Historic Anchorage Hotel

This boutique hotel was established in 1916, only a year after the city was founded, though the current building is from 1936. It’s luxurious, loaded with amenities ranging from an excellent continental breakfast (served in an atmospheric old saloon) to free newspapers, and has an ideal downtown location.
