More than just Anchorage’s favorite meat market, ‘Koots,’ as the locals call it, is a landmark. The sprawling, wooden edifice has 10 bars, four dance floors and a sawdust-strewn floor. Many live acts perform here and there's at least one fun thing happening every night of the week.
