Many Southern restaurants try and reimagine the classics, but Noble South is pulling off the experiment. Deviled eggs with roe and bacon? Bacon, egg and pimento sandwich? Rainbow trout with a West African peanut stew? Chef's choice vegetable plates? All of the above are excellent and innovative, served in a dining space that straddles vintage and hip.
