Viet Cuisine

We'll admit, we were skeptical of the Vietnamese food in a mid-sized Alabama city, but Viet Cuisine did not come to play. The menu isn't particularly surprising – there's pho, vermicelli bowls, claypot chicken and similar goodies – but it's well executed, and the staff are willing to entertain any customer requests.
