The 200-year-old farmhouse – once the stable for a nearby sugar plantation – sits high on a hill overlooking St Thomas’ only golf course. The rustic, low-lit room impresses with its arched stone walls and mahogany ceiling. The menu changes, but local seafood (lobster, mahimahi) is always available, as well as a vegetarian option.
The stellar service and setting make for a unique, fine-dining experience. The restaurant is on the north shore, not far from Magens Bay.
