Folly by Nick & Scott

This sprawling multistorey venue has a woodsy interior with an open kitchen, but it's really the three bars with killer views of the Burj Al Arab that steal the show (especially the tower). It's another venture by award-winning local chefs Nick Alvis and Scott Price, so expect quality nibbles (Dhs45 to Dhs110) to go with your cocktails, beer or biodynamic wines.
