One of Dubai's latest top-end hotels. The architecture is pure grandeur, with an entrance flanked by luminous glass cubes opening up to a sublime view of the palm-flanked infinity pool. Rooms are spacious and classy with a colour palette of soft yellows, creams and browns, and the bathrooms have walk-in rainfall showers. There's a private beach and a fabulous rooftop bar.
FIVE has three restaurants: fine-dining Italian, gourmet Chinese and a more casual international option, as well as a super-exclusive nightclub, Secret Room.
