Behind the garish neon facade, this place at first looks like a sweet shop (the kunafeh, a vermicelli-like pastry soaked in syrup, is great), but it also has a full menu of Middle Eastern delicacies like scrumptious musakhan (chicken pie) and sesame-seed-coated falafel mahshi (stuffed with chilli paste). The latter's fluffy filling is coloured green from the addition of parsley and other herbs.
