Jains run this super-friendly, super-healthy, vegetarian Indian restaurant serving 'body-harmonising' sattvic food that uses only fresh, seasonal and organic produce and shuns oil, onion and garlic. Dishes to try include the velvety paneer makhanwala (Indian cheese in creamy tomato gravy) and the rich dal makhani with lentils and kidney beans.
