As the name suggests, the rooms are smaller here than at the adjacent Zabeel House, 23 sq metres to be exact. That said, they seriously pack a punch with bright red-and-black furnishings, a mural-style map of Dubai on the ceiling, espresso machine and classy ecofriendly bath products. There's an informal restaurant that specialises in street food and an interior courtyard with beanbags.
The public areas here have a Warhol-style playfulness, particularly the lobby, with swings, cartoon quotes on cushions, vivid primary colours and a metal mesh gorilla hanging from the ceiling.
