Zaatar w Zeit

One of Lebanon's most popular fast-food chains, known for its manakeesh (baked flatbread with toppings like cheese and minced meat) but also dishing up good breakfasts and wraps. The zaatar (a blend of spices that includes hyssop, sumac and sesame) and labneh (thick yogurt flavoured with garlic) manakeesh is the one to order.
