TsUM

Kyiv

Set in an impressive 1939 rationalist building in the very heart of Khreshchatyk, TsUM has undergone an extreme transformation in recent years, from Soviet-style department store to gleaming luxury shopping centre populated by chichi coffee shops. It had much more appeal before they destroyed the art deco interior, but it's still an icon.
