This gem enjoys a wonderfully surreal end-of-the-universe setting by the velodrome and doubles as a really cool bar. Owners seem to be positively obsessed with Vietnamese soups and curries, and super-friendly staff are trained to explain the ingredients and cooking methods. A frivolous chain of associations brings the Belgian cartoon character into the equation, but it's only for the better.
