You’re in for the Soviet experience here, not the creature comforts. The barely renovated rooms are stuck in the ‘70s, but at these prices you can’t complain. Beds are better than you’d expect and the ‘deluxe’ rooms even come with full-size bathtubs. One semifunctional lift serves the nine creaky floors.
