This old han (caravanserai) is the place to come to try Şanlıurfa's local specialities of borani (soup of lamb, chickpeas, beetroot and yoghurt) and çiğ köfte (raw ground lamb mixed with pounded bulgur, onion, clove, cinnamon, salt and hot black pepper). The rest of the menu deals in mains of kebap and saç kavurma (stir-fried cubed meat dishes).
