Münire Sultan Sofrası

Central Anatolia

Tucked inside the Münire Medresesi complex, we like this place for its local specialities such as banduma (chicken and filo pastry drenched in butter and chopped walnuts) and ecevit çorbası (rice and yoghurt soup). Also big thumbs up for doing half portions; great for solo travellers. Order a glass of eǧşi (sour plum drink) to wash it all down.
