Cooked on a horizontal spit, the Erzurum-style lamb kebap that this joint is known for is tender, very slightly charred and very tasty. Served on lavaş bread with a side-serve of tangy lemon, it has many local fans. Get here early at lunchtime to score one of the streetside tables, or order a dürüm (wrap) to go. No alcohol.
