The Uyan's quietly elegant decor nods towards Ottoman style, but never goes over the top. Rooms are comfortable and mostly of a decent size; the exceptions are the budget singles (€83), which are tiny but serviceable. Breakfast is enjoyed in the top-floor space or on the terrace that has Blue Mosque and sea views. Low-season rates are considerably reduced.
