Saraçoğlu Kahve Evi

Safranbolu

This is the place to head for a properly made türk kahvesi (Turkish coffee; ₺10) served with some serious panache – on a silver tray with a dish of lokum (Turkish delight) and a glass of local karadut şerbet (sweet mulberry juice) to wash it down.

The only problem is its popularity; on sunny weekends, when city Turks arrive for a day trip, you'll be hard-pressed to find a free table.
